CANCELLATION POLICY
Your subscription is processed through CCBill, our authorized billing processor.
To cancel your recurring subscription, you must cancel directly with CCBill by one of the
following methods:
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date
to avoid future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership
until the end of the current paid billing period. No additional charges will be processed after
cancellation.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. Refunds, if any, are
issued solely at the discretion of the merchant and within any timeframe the merchant may
separately specify. CCBill does not automatically issue refunds.
Cancellation prevents future recurring billing only. Charges already billed prior to
cancellation are not refunded. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the time
of cancellation.
If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to
avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Your bank may place a temporary authorization
hold on your payment method for the subscription amount, even during the free trial period.
Such holds are controlled by your bank and may take several days to be released.Subscription Cancellation Policy (CCBill)
